The London Beach Country Hotel and Golf Club is an established Conference venue. The Hotel has a superb range of conference rooms, including it's unique Long Room, with superb views of the Parkland Golf Course. The Hotels large car park, and parking facilities, avoids parking problems. The stunning view over rolling hills and lakes offers a majestic background for any event held at this unique hotel.
There is wireless Internet access throughout the hotel and technical support is available to help you set up your presentations either on the large screen or using the plasma TVs.
The Long Room has a capacity of up to 200 people and has the versatility of being able to subdivide into three, Botham, Gowar and Willis Rooms, each of these rooms open out with large French doors onto three individual terraces.The Cowdrey Room is a private high class conference room situated on the 1st Floor, again with access to a balcony overlooking the course. All rooms have the latest in comfort and technology with fax and Internet connection via the Broadband telephone system in every room. We also have free wireless Internet access throughout the Hotel. Team BuildingFor the more adventurous we cater for Team Building exercises including Flying from Headcorn, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Golf Competitions and Fishing etc. Our Conference Coordinator will be happy to help you plan the perfect event. |
